To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日去D間聘珍樓,環境夠乾淨舒服,staff有禮貌又醒目😉野食午市點心晚市小菜都好食(ps我唔係打手😂😂)嗰晚叫咗叉燒,蜜汁味夠,半肥瘦,正~最近必點嘅虎蝦銀絲煲~虎蝦新鮮易剝爽口,又大隻,粉絲軟硬適中之餘最重要係入哂味,精華所在~仲叫咗翡翠豆腐~清清淡淡,夠香滑~甜品叫咗紫米露同壽包(因為生日😂)~嗰日紫米露少少失準,有D偏稀,但同平時一樣椰香味夠。壽包有蛋黃,但已經壓碎所以唔膩又唔會咬落突然一舊野好硬~
