To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超級鍾意飲珍珠奶茶嘅我，真係去到邊都會想飲，而當中我嘅最愛非天仁莫屬，多分店，水準高，會好認真咁沖飲品。雖然其實我都幾鍾意茶湯會，但有時又唔係好就腳，同埋啲珍珠比較細，好難咬。荃灣千色店呢間成日都飲，so far so good，就算好多人排隊，我又諸多要求，都仲沖得好好。呢日比較夜去，綠茶冇哂，所以轉左飲913奶茶～食餃子食到好飽，飲下烏龍茶消下濟都好。茶味香濃，好飲回甘不回苦，叫無糖剛剛好，咁先突顯到茶味。雖然唔係鮮奶茶，但奶味都好濃，亦都唔粉，其實都唔係好覺係奶精黎。坐左陣見到員工拎掃把出黎清潔，睇一睇先發現原來夠鐘收工，但職員都好好，冇做任何舉動趕我地走。
