To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去新同樂食lunch，首先一入到去，諗住叫個1人餐再散叫小食，我哋就問個服務員1人餐份量多唔多，個服務員竟然好串咁話lunch嘅份量梗係少啦，身為一間米芝蓮嘅餐廳，服務態度咁樣完全唔得。首先一開頭黎左個湯，個湯同平時老火湯一樣差唔多，冇話啲乜嘢特別差。跟住呢個點心薈萃，我覺得個燒賣係好食，另外仲有個蝦餃同埋類似粉果嘅嘢，都算ok既。之後嚟咗個豚肉柳，呢個簡直係難食，連茶餐廳質素都比唔上，佢係一嚿肥膏，側邊啲肉係完全咬唔到，味道又唔好食，好似用嚟煲湯嘅肉，唔係就感攞嚟食咁樣，咬咗一啖咬唔到之後就冇食到。之後就黎咗個煲仔飯，煲仔飯嘅質素都可以，不過唔特別推薦，因為同普通酒樓質素差唔多，如果去一啲專食煲仔飯嘅餐廳食一定會好食過呢度。我哋仲叫咗兩個小食，一個小籠包一個四季豆四季豆係好食嘅，味道ok又冇渣，但係個小籠包都係難食，佢個皮做到好厚，都係嗰句，普通酒樓都好食過佢。整體而言，服務態度唔係咁好，另外呢間嘢嘅食物質素只係得2-3道菜係好食，2-3道菜正常，2-3道菜難食，但係一間米芝蓮二星完全係接受唔到，我唔會再嚟幫襯。
