To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都唔寫食評既我,今日都忍唔住要吐一下苦水。這餐晚飯,我叫了一個豬扒凍檬,點知個sauce鹹得要命,d粉又有一陣鯹味,難食得很!另外,我又叫了一個虎蝦金邊粉,今次卻酸得難以形容!比較正常的只有蒜茸牛油雞翼,叫做不過不失,還可以。

Other Info. : 除左食物難食外,餐廳有好多小蒼蠅飛來飛去,仲要唔怕人趕。打完一隻又一隻!佢地最鍾意枱面上擺著用黎撈凍檬既sauce,簡直救命!埋單時我同個waitress投訴,佢竟然話佢地知。老實說,如果你明知有問題,點解你仲要開舖?你呢間係食店,衞生問題最重要,點可以只為賺錢而不顧及食客!
