To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳環境餐廳細細間，牆上有草帽同有可樂罐，幾有特色。成個室內環境令你好似去咗其他地方咁。食物我哋今次叫咗好幾樣嘢，包括雞絲米紙卷、香茅豬扒河、生牛肉湯河，啲湯可配芝麻雞翼同牛油雞翼。雞絲米紙卷啲雞肉唔會好鞋，配埋啲粉絲同菜，配搭好易入口。個米紙卷卷會配麻醬，食落好Refreshing。香茅豬扒河、生牛肉湯河豬扒份量幾足，唔會炸得太乾，中規中矩。生牛肉湯河都係中規中矩芝麻雞翼、牛油雞翼冇諗過芝麻雞翼係雞全翼，上菜嗰陣簡直心心眼兩款雞翼個皮都炸得好脆，外脆內軟，非常Juicy。整體來講，環境好cozy，嘢食都唔錯

豬扒份量幾足，唔會炸得太乾，中規中矩。生牛肉湯河都係中規中矩

芝麻雞翼、牛油雞翼
冇諗過芝麻雞翼係雞全翼，上菜嗰陣簡直心心眼
兩款雞翼個皮都炸得好脆，外脆內軟，非常Juicy。


整體來講，環境好cozy，嘢食都唔錯
