朋友見到,雜誌頻頻介紹,中環有一間食和牛嘅餐廳,好吸引,話好想食。所以,今日特登去試吓,餐廳雖然喺歌賦街尾,不過佢嘅招牌好搶眼,離遠已望倒,好容易搵。一入去,就有店員即刻同你介紹,佢哋係自助嘅,你想食幾多,師傅就幫你切幾多,比咗錢之後,即刻幫你燒,然後你就可以搵位坐,師傅燒好,店員就會送餐比你,你唔好以為要等好耐,因為個爐好大,猛火又高溫,一陣就攪掂有得食。一坐低,無幾耐,我叫嘅近江牛西冷送咗離,唔等啦,即刻趁新鮮熱辣食一啖先,嘩!好好味,肉質好淋,吾韌又無筋,好嫩好滑,絕對係停唔到口嗰種,唔夠5分鐘,成塊西冷比我食晒,真係有D唔夠喉,好彩加咗 $30變咗做套餐,有飯有湯有沙律,都好抵食。仲有叫咗,西班牙黑毛豬配虎蝦, 店員話5成熟就已經夠,其實聽到都驚驚地,對自己離講,好似生咗D,不過都試吓啦,上枱啦,望落去都幾生,一啖入口,完來5成熟嘅黑毛豬,D肉又香又滑,真係好有肉香,好彩聽咗店員講,如果唔係,真係嘥咗件黑毛豬,而虎蝦又大又彈牙,燒完後仲香D,好好味呀!其實由點餐到食完,成個過程都好快,好高效,價錢雖然貴咗少少,不過真係好好食,不過下次要食牛排,一定會再幫襯。

其實由點餐到食完,成個過程都好快,好高效,價錢雖然貴咗少少,不過真係好好食,不過下次要食牛排,一定會再幫襯。
