老公仔生日,食西班牙野啦,聽朋友講新開幾好味!鋪仔細細,廚房一眼望見!open kitchen,但竟然可以做到餐廳唔會有濃濃嘅煮野食味!餐廳雖小,但食得一d 都唔迫!同隔離檯都唔會好近!lee 到出名嘅啤酒,店主終極有耐性同細心地講解每款啤!我地叫左3款試,飲落同店主嘅形容都真係好似。先黎lee 個garlic 汁配溫泉蛋嘅薯粒粒!店主叫我地先試原味,之後先再撈底下個汁同蛋黎食...原味一食會覺得好普通...撈左後就真係勁amazing! 個蒜汁勁濃,加埋個蛋汁,係口入面漿住咁!好正!配potato 粒粒真係好無得彈!之後就係金沙鵝肝!真係貪得意所以叫睇落好細粒,明顯睇得出花左好多心機去整嘅!本身都諗,會唔會好睇唔好食呢!外面係85度chocolate, 甜度好低,帶甘味!第一野覺得好一般仲苦苦地...但再咬落去,配埋好滑嘅鵝肝!真係好match😳😳😳真係好好味!好豐富嘅口感,好複雜嘅味道!好難形容...但係真係好好味!之後係鹽炉原條fish! 感覺好高級hahaha, 店主叫人再拎「魚刀」比我地黎食lee 條魚佢話用刀背輕輕 "how"碎個面,就可以輕易開到黎食條魚....好白痴咁試
甜品都好好味!蛋糕係咸咸地嫁,好得意,配埋 ice cream到就令到成件事唔會太甜!
