觀塘工廈嘅西餐廳真係越開越多,要脫穎而出確實係唔容易,但係呢間餐廳係小女子真係要推介。呢間餐廳優勝嘅地方係對食物,對食嘢好有執著嘅兩位負責人,嗰種熱誠係好難去形容,單單就係因為呢種熱誠,就足以令餐廳嘅食物好食同埋別樹一幟。餐廳負責人同我地講,最近餐廳主題做緊懷舊法國菜,所以推介左法式焗田螺同埋雀肉牛柳俾我地試下。先講個法式焗田螺,佢同出面餐廳食嘅法式焗田螺有好大分別。雖然都只係田螺同薯蓉,但係佢個田螺加左自製香料,入口好香,口感彈口唔在講,仲要係口螺入面有啲油/汁,mix埋啲薯蓉嚟食真係超正。應該係我食過嘅頭幾位好食嘅田螺。再講下雀肉牛柳,我之前完全未聽過呢個菜式,心諗:又雀又牛咁得人驚?原來佢係用肝醬搽左係牛柳面,然後再用豬油網包住佢然後煎香佢。件事出奇地match, 仲要配埋個自家製紅酒汁,一啲都唔會覺得好膩。廚師連旁邊嘅配菜都整得好好食😋不得不提嘅驚喜:hand made chocolate ice cream。我自問係一個唔鍾意食朱古力嘅,但係我都覺得佢呢個朱古力雪糕好好食。個朱古力味好純,唔會有多餘嘅甜味,食落仲有nut嘅味道,而且配上一啲餐廳自製toppings,成件事好o

不得不提嘅驚喜:hand made chocolate ice cream。我自問係一個唔鍾意食朱古力嘅,但係我都覺得佢呢個朱古力雪糕好好食。個朱古力味好純,唔會有多餘嘅甜味,食落仲有nut嘅味道,而且配上一啲餐廳自製toppings,成件事好outstanding。一問之下,先知原來連朱古力雪糕都係佢地自製,仲要加入果仁醬,真心好食,層次即刻唔同左。

呢度鋪面唔算大,見到廚房,地方裝潢都好歐陸,而且重要係負責人對食物原料嘅執著。因為唔同嘅菜式都係佢地自己嘅拿手好戲,而且好多details都係自己一手一腳用原材料整,真係好感受到佢地嘅心思。

我問過負責人,原來佢地好歡迎人包場,大約20-30人都可以容納到,咁之後大圍gathering 就可以有好嘅落腳點。
以後都唔洗再搵其他樓上cafe啦,因為係香港地,可以搵到間坐得舒舒服服,嘢食好食,靜靜地傾下計嘅地方真係好少。
