To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然知道譚仔三哥的麻辣湯底出名好食，但係我平時食譚仔都係好專一地食清湯多，今日朋友係咁慫恿我試下麻辣湯底話好正，咁我就試左佢地既麻辣湯底。令我意外既係雖然係麻辣，但係我覺得係絕對係可以接受的辣度，連我呢個唔好辣嘢既人都覺得OK，而且唔知點形容，我覺得佢既湯底係麻辣得黎好清，唔好好似食左好多辣膏/辣粉入口。而且米線我亦覺得三哥整得好食過譚仔，軟硬度好適中。另外土匪雞翼真係每次必點的小食，百食不厭呀！
