同幾個朋友想食潮州菜, 一般食潮州菜的地方都比較"佬", 但我地今晚揀左間"飯店", 賣點係有質素既服務同環境, 而價錢都係合理水平, 地點又夠方便, 好近港鐵站。淮杞燉螺頭$168: 呢排比較忙, 無時間煲湯, 秋風起開始乾燥, 最好就係飲個燉湯滋潤一下, 呢鍋湯份量唔少, 夠3-4個人飲, 相當抵飲, 主要材料有淮山、杞子、雞腳、螺頭等, 清頭很清徹, 味道卻很濃, 以燉的方法將各材料的香甜迫出來, 令我地添飲再添飲, 連渣都食埋唔好浪費, 仲想叫多個添, 哈。凍大紅蟹$320: 潮州凍蟹做法簡單, 卻係貴價菜, 因所用的紅蟹矜貴, 仲要用公蟹, 貪其肉多而味鮮, 蒸熟後放涼, 蟹肉真是超新鮮, 味鮮甜且肉質分明唔會霉, 配上特製醋汁更能提鮮, 無論蟹鉗同蟹肉, 都有細心諗過點樣令客人食得方便, 一剝一咬就食到。呢個質素呢個價錢, 我地都覺得值得食!手拍青瓜$22: 呢個手拍青瓜都要推介, 估唔到份量有咁多, 而且青瓜件件好爽脆甜, 拍過後更入味, 蒜蓉同醋汁好啱口味, 更加有開胃同解膩作用, 必點呀!
