天氣熱辣辣唔想食太heavy嘅嘢. 想搵間坐得舒服, 食物refreshing兼有quality既餐廳好好亨受friday night. 即刻諗起Munch!! (craving for its煙三文魚鮮果沙律!)呢度較出名嘅starter係crab cake. 但係我最鍾意嘅係煙三文魚鮮果沙律睇個賣相已經涼浸浸, 好開胃. (第一次食既時候仲驚喜. 因為只expect係一埋切粒既生果上放幾片煙三文魚. 哈哈~XD)食落啖啖都係煙三文魚碎同埋鮮果粒. 好refreshing.今次試左新嘢-法式焗田螺芝士伴開心果又係非常討好既賣相就咁睇睇唔出內裡有咩乾坤.切開酥皮, 除咗聽到chacha 聲(超鬆脆嘅酥皮),仲見到裏面有好澎湃既田螺肉.件碟既啫喱粒酸酸地. 雖然唔知係咩成份(似醋又似可樂味), 但我全部都食晒. hehee個面舖左磨成粉既開心果. 好滑唔會chok喉. 中間鋪左層cream cheese. Cream cheese味道很濃,蓋過左開心果嘅味.不過用嚟配酥皮+田螺就好夾.. Moisturize左個酥皮唔會錯嘅松露carbonaraTruffle 好香. 意粉al dent

切開酥皮, 除咗聽到chacha 聲(超鬆脆嘅酥皮),仲見到裏面有好澎湃既田螺肉.

真係好鍾要munch. 除左味道好, 仲會花心思做Food presentation. 難怪小妹耐唔耐都會記掛住既呢間餐廳.
