Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 口痕想食雞煲,見到傷心酸辣粉推出呢一個抗疫優惠價,真係要幫襯一下!!👍🏻重慶麻辣雞煲(大份) 套餐已經包括二人份量嘅肥牛、腸仔、花枝丸和牛丸、生菜、雲耳、薯粉及紙包飲品。雞煲叫左小辣,返屋企炒一炒翻熱,即刻好香花椒八角既味,而芫荽、芹菜都極其惹味,雞肉分量都幾多,無咩碎骨,肉質算細嫩!食完雞煲之後,加咗少少雞湯繼續打邊爐,配料的肥牛不過不失,反而雲耳索晒啲汁又爽口贏得小編的喜愛,最後加上薯粉,煙煙韌韌又滑溜,食到肚皮爆開了。小編一家四口,仲加咗少少枝竹同蔬菜,呢個套餐已經非常夠食!
