脆皮素鵝 ($62)裹面有多種蔬菜,紅蘿蔔雲耳等等腐皮煎至金黃色,焗到有煙燻味。而家已經無乜餐廳會煎炸再焗至有煙霧味,讚!雜菌松露天鵝酥 ($42)咬落好熱,證明即叫即做,食落有松露香,口感似竽角,唔會太油,推介!蘇式鮮肉小籠包 ($48)上到枱已經穿哂,漏哂湯了。椒鹽小黃魚 ($88)分量足,有三大條,呢個價錢算超值了。脆而不油,外層乾身,不失黃花魚的滑,再加上椒鹽同炸蒜,好快就清哂了。王家沙粢飯 ($38)暖身的痴飯加上香脆油炸鬼及肉鬆,就令到食咗一半先記得影相了。若果加上笮菜會更佳。杞子桂花榚 ($28)一行六人,感謝經理幫我地加底令到可以每人分到一件!食落唔太甜,加上淡淡的桂花香同杞子,適合老人家進食!豆沙鍋餅 ($48)香港餐廳平時嘅豆沙鍋餅一般都沒有加上芝麻,芝麻令王家沙嘅鍋餅更香口及令紅豆嘅膩減退!服務:無論樓面,經理都多次為我們斟茶,加上當日落大雨,經理都為我地遞上紙巾抺袋,又多次拖乾樓面,服務態度👍🏻
