平時很少去這酒樓用餐,今次見網上有優惠,六款點心,每份只需111元。應該夠兩人吃,剛巧這個月又做一元茶位優惠,更加抵,所以和朋友去吃。酒樓名字很古典,春江花月,聽起來有一份懷舊之情。店內裝置也很有特色,門口陳列了多部縫紉機和線圈,又有一個紅色郵筒。桌上用的餐具都有雅致花紋,令人喜歡。今次吃的這套點心餐共有六款食品,三款鹹點,三款甜味。鹹點:1.芫茜叉燒腸,腸粉皮用芫茜汁混和得很做出來,但沒有芫茜味。一碟六小件,腸皮不是很薄,包裹著切粒的叉燒,叉燒肉質不夠嫩滑,整件入口的感覺有點鞋。2.    蟹籽燒賣皇,一籠四粒,燒賣皮加入波菜汁,所以顏色是嫩綠色‧面層蟹籽是橙黃色,兩隻色相配起來很好看。燒賣肉質爽滑,又有大大粒蝦肉吃,口感很好。3.     香江哈蝦霸,迷你漢堡包內夾著一件炸蝦餅,一些沙律菜和芝士。這個食材就是一份西式的小食。我覺得蝦餅炸得不夠香脆。甜點:1.     白茶芋球,一份有三件,芋球炸得香,內層可見綿密的芋蓉圍了一圈,中間有奶黃,甜度剛好。2.     薑汁千層糕,一籠三件,蒸出來熱氣騰騰,薑汁味濃郁,糕的質感軟糯,熱吃最好。3.     白兔子,用魚膠粉做出晶瑩剔透的兔
