To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度媽媽生日又到了,今年選了2星的國金軒(因為唔想過海去米之蓮3星食店),個人覺得比其他2星的水準高!今天點了以下點心:1) 金箔蝦餃($60/4件):好味!2) 鮑魚鮮蝦燒賣($60/4件):OK啦!鮑魚有d鱣。3) 原隻鮑魚雞粒酥($120/3件):個酥皮好香,d雞粒多汁咗d,隻鮑魚都係有d鱣4) 雪山菠蘿叉燒包($52/3個):唔錯!菠蘿包真係有菠蘿。5) 桂花燒鱔($110/4件):無泥味,但濟咗d!6) 茶($22/位):幾好!** 原隻鮑魚雞粒酥&燒鱔:個人覺得龍景軒好食d!P.S.:如有恆生白金卡有9折
