To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多朋友都覺得譚仔好味，但甚少去食，只食過兩次，平均一年一次，覺得味道不太合口味。經過譚仔，突然想食。點了個米線，加貢丸、腩肉，胡喇湯底，另單點土匪雞翼。米線爽滑，貢丸有鮮味，腩肉一般，湯底唔錯。土匪雞翼味道不夠濃，之前食過印象味道濃一些的。整體印象：食物比上次好味，但下一次再食，應該會再等一年了。
