一年一度,食蟹季節。選了王子飯店,因為食物質素高,價錢合理,服務又好。食物絕對是正,蟹粉小籠蟹味濃,充滿湯汁。蟹粉魚湯魚翅伴金華火腿汁,魚翅在香港已經唔多地方有得食了,湯十分鮮味。前菜有少量燒味,包括叉燒燒肉素鵝,雖不是重點,但味道也是好的。鮑魚中規中距,可以接受。餐單設計有心思,尾段有薑粒肉餅蒸飯和黃薑茶驅寒。甜品芝麻糕,水準之作,像在吃濃厚芝麻糊。服務5星級,讚。美中不足,晚上無此店至尊甜品芝麻煎堆供應,唯有午市時再去吧。
