To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相隔一年,叫的東西竟然沒變?! 今次只是多加了個湯-- 西洋菜燉湯,料多,有西洋菜豬𦟌豬脷外,還有雞腳、螺頭⋯  湯料多到可作一碟餸!湯清有菜甜味,bird弟 和 bird爸 很喜歡。湯都被他倆平分⋯  海班雞孖寶,但燒雞現在改為豉油雞,不過,雞由半隻變成一隻!抵!!而且優惠做足一至五,不會星期五就加價。當然,紅日假期除外。雞肉質嫩滑,有雞味,但 bird 還是較愛燒雞,喜愛那脆皮。 魚還是依舊的有份量!看相大家也有目共睹。上次蒸得過火,今次魚倒蒸得剛剛好啦!!好OK!雖然又是食到最尾,飽了大半才到⋯但魚肉質鮮味嫩滑,可口,bird 覺等也是值得。  鮮菌雜菜煲,還是一樣的多菇菌,bird弟至愛!和上次一樣,是滿足的一餐。
