To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田萬怡酒店的MoMo Cafe 推出"綠色與健康"為主題的自助餐！廚師以時令食材入饌，包括鮮人參、赤靈芝、姬松茸，咁就啱晒素食者補一補！又有花膠海參等等珍貴食材滋補養生☺️ 仲有時令北海道栗毛蟹及鮮味十足的豆乳魚湯海鮮鍋等當季限定菜式😋蛋白質超豐富，食完即刻覺得自己靚晒🤭🤭當然唔少得任食即開生蠔🦪，以及環球特色美食啦，咁就可以滿足埋食肉獸不過原來最開心嘅係班小朋友！食自助餐，當然唔少得嘅就係甜品區啊，呢度嘅選擇非常之多，除咗有小朋友鍾意嘅窩夫、雪糕、蛋撻等等之外，仲有滋潤冰糖雪耳燉雪梨及木桶豆腐花，真係大人細路都啱晒！仲有啊，呢度地方好大，舒適寬敞，樓底又高👍服務非常之好添！趁住呢個新年長假！可約埋親戚朋友一齊食
