一年一度與舊同事的新春團拜又在這裡舉行,和他們轉眼間認識了那麽多年了,仍能維持友誼,實在難得。 叉燒例牌($75),是必安哥的菜,肉質依舊腍身,肥瘦均勻,有咬勁,讚! 千島明蝦球($135),西蘭花夠爽脆,蝦球經走油,外脆內爽,夠鮮味,加上酸酸甜甜的千島醬汁,實在醒胃! 啫啫唐生菜煲($78),很有鑊氣,加上少許蝦醬,惹味十足! 梅菜扣肉煲($90),又一安哥之選,扣肉很腍很入味,梅菜的醬汁調味得宜,真可佐幾碗飯吃的呀! 菜甫肉菘帶子煎蛋($108),賣相平平無奇,味道卻有香濃蛋味,一點也不油膩,菜甫肉菘帶子又夠足料,得! 大家來得興致,點了一支意大利白酒($110) 慶賀新年吧!這支Prosecco味道清,少許甜味,很易入口。 吃過美酒佳餚,大家又過了一個快樂的年初四。
