家附近開了一間一幻拉麵，是香港的第五分店，其他分店也是大排長龍一直試不到，難得在家附近開店，今天就早一點去排隊試試！餃子拉麵店不可劃缺的除了拉麵就是餃子，而這裡的餃子皮薄餡靚，不錯！是嫌不夠脆邊。招牌蝦湯拉麵有很多限定的拉麵，但我卻想招牌的蝦湯拉麵，我選了原味湯底，鹽味，幼麵，無蔥。吃拉麵第一件事就是喝湯！充滿濃濃的蝦味，喝得出用了大量的蝦，煮了很久得出的蝦湯！鮮味到喝一口身心舒暢！看到還有調理過的蝦子在麵上，增加不少香氣！叉燒肥瘦適中，入口即化，浸在蝦湯中味道更鮮了！溏心蛋也很入味很好吃！終於吃麵了，麵身帶Q彈！吸了不少湯汁！這個幼麵和蝦湯也很配！份量也足，吃完很滿足！

有很多限定的拉麵，
但我卻想招牌的蝦湯拉麵，
我選了原味湯底，鹽味，幼麵，無蔥。

吃拉麵第一件事就是喝湯！
充滿濃濃的蝦味，
喝得出用了大量的蝦，
煮了很久得出的蝦湯！
鮮味到喝一口身心舒暢！
看到還有調理過的蝦子在麵上，
增加不少香氣！

叉燒肥瘦適中，
入口即化，
浸在蝦湯中味道更鮮了！

溏心蛋也很入味很好吃！
