趁政府因應COVID-19 Omnicron 變種肆虐而再次禁制餐廳晚市之前一晩,來趟「最後晚餐」。原址上手是「金滿庭」,一段時間沒有光顧,原來已經結業,換成「616牛肉火鍋專門店 x 虎喰燒肉·酒場」。「616」很可能是香港第一間牛肉火鍋專門店,既有多款不同刁鑚部位本地牛肉選擇、又月牛骨牛肉熬成清湯作湯底,充滿潮汕牛肉火鍋影子。最新的將軍澳分店還要聯乘日式燒肉店「虎喰燒肉·酒場」,實行「一店二牛」,將品嚐牛肉原始美味的兩種方式(清湯火鍋及日式燒肉)同場推出,務求將老饕一網打盡。餐廳分成兩區,靠近大門口屬於「616」範圍,再往內進才是「虎喰燒肉·酒場」;彼此不可點選另一間餐廳的出品。香港始終是中國人地方,中式火鍋較受歡迎。現場所見「616」差不多滿座,「虎喰」就只有大約一半客人。因此,餐廳的兩部份也有不同用餐時間限制。三款燒肉醬汁,味道同樣偏甜、而且同樣稠身,有點似中式甜醬。其中一款味道微辣,稍為好味。始終並非正宗日式居酒屋,唐揚雞塊($48)賣相不吸引,似中式食炸雞多於日式炸雞;味道也並非日式調味。未至於不好吃,只是與預期中的日式風味有落差。和牛六點盛($398)有六款不同部位及不同

和牛六點盛($398)有六款不同部位及不同產地的和牛,其中四款來自澳洲,另外兩款來自日本,但並非名種和牛。四款澳洲和牛牛味及肉質俱一般而已,甚至及不上其他同級日式燒肉店的一般級數牛肉,有點懷疑到底是什麼級數的澳洲和牛。

尤其牛肋條最差,雖然一般來說,牛肋條都會多筋膜、偏韌;但這幾條牛肋條實在太多筋膜,真的很難咀嚼。

日和三角肉無論賣相及味道最接近日本和牛應有的級數。雖然入口充滿油花,但細心品嚐下,就會發現真是只有油份,但欠油香、亦欠牛的鮮甜。以份量及價錢綜合衡量,和牛六點盛並不算貴,所以,日本和牛也只是普通入門質素,並非真正好味道靚和牛。

鹽蔥牛舌($48)彈牙有咬口,亦唔韌,只嫌味道一般;而且切得太細塊,加入蔥花再對摺之後,很多蔥花掉出來,失去了原意。

揀千本筋(汁燒)($68)因為名字特別,好想知道到底是什麼 ⋯⋯原來是牛𦟌。入口偏硬、帶爽脆;缺少油脂、肉汁及肉香,並不適合用作燒肉,覺得被騙。
