To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返工Lunch Time去食，睇佢成個Menu，的確係幾有南洋特色，即使佢賣嘅一啲睇Title其實似港式茶餐廳會有嘅食物例如常餐，但佢都加咗好多南洋風味入去。呢點係抵讚嘅！唔似出面有啲餐廳得個餐廳名有特色。係出面等位個陣見到門口貼住嘅海南雞髀飯係超超超想食，佢張圖好吸引⋯點知坐低冇晒油飯，本人覺得海南雞飯係唔能夠唔配油飯的⋯所以立馬決定放棄，有點Sad，唯有下次再戰。同事話呢間嘅豬頸肉都好食，因為想食啲有汁嘅飯，所以揀左咖哩豬頸肉飯。同事就揀咗炭燒香茅豬扒飯。咖哩豬頸肉飯 $72 ***佢個豬頸肉真係幾特別，燒汁偏甜，有少少似瑞士汁，又唔會太漏，幾好送飯，但佢豬頸肉質偏乾身，我個人就喜歡肉質肥美有油香嘅肉多啲喇⋯而個咖哩我都覺得普通，一樣係味道偏甜，都係嘅，南洋菜本身就係偏甜，咁講佢其實幾正宗。炭燒香茅豬扒 $58 ****我鐘意呢個飯多啲！豬扒Juicy有油香，份量好足！雖然味道相對普通，但豬扒整得Juicy已經好好啦。今次真係隔離飯香！

點知坐低冇晒油飯，
本人覺得海南雞飯係唔能夠唔配油飯的⋯
所以立馬決定放棄，有點Sad，唯有下次再戰。

佢個豬頸肉真係幾特別，
燒汁偏甜，有少少似瑞士汁，
又唔會太漏，幾好送飯，
但佢豬頸肉質偏乾身，
我個人就喜歡肉質肥美有油香嘅肉多啲喇⋯
而個咖哩我都覺得普通，
一樣係味道偏甜，都係嘅，
南洋菜本身就係偏甜，
咁講佢其實幾正宗。
