我自己叫左燒bb牛仔扒配蒜蓉泥,牛仔扒平時少地方有,就算有都好貴,見加錢有得轉,所以一於叫牛仔。牛仔因為重飲緊奶,未食糧草就屠,所以肉質重未轉,重係白肉,食落好嫩,但因為係bb,所以無成年牛禁重牛味,但真係好嫩。
