To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多人係嘉年華既午飯時間，可能只係簡單食個M記。果次lunchtime同幾個同學幫手買M記比其他人。我地就自己揀食咩。揾黎揾去都冇好野食，於是見到間華姐清湯腩出排哂隊，走去試下。等左3-4分鐘就入得，但座位逼左D。睇下餐牌，一碗粉都要成三十幾蚊，價錢係貴左少少。叫左碗牛腩诃，等左4-5分鐘食得，D牛腩都幾多，睇落都幾林，味道相當唔錯，個湯幾入味。如果你鐘意食腩河而唔怕貴，可以黎呢間試下，值得推介！
