To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次是我第六次光顧，但給我的感覺是一次差過一次，可能是沒有新鮮感了，加上它對自己的缺點沒有太大的改善，例如密密麻麻的餐牌，真的令人煩躁，還有它對食物的質素也不穩定。這次我點了一個海鮮燒餅，口感很差，全是麵粉，材料只得八爪魚粒和什豆，連一條蟹柳也沒有，真是沒有誠意。真是要好好改善一下，我都唔想香港失去一間有特色的餐廳。P.S.它只顧叫人客申請信用咭，令人感到太煩了。
