To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一次極差的用餐體驗，員工態度非常差，隻碗污糟到嚇親人

一向都有幫襯開譚仔，但今日同屋企人去西九龍中心呢間食米線，員工態度真係極差，屋企人唔食得太鹹，同個阿姐講話清湯要淡D，佢話得淡，無D嘅😠繼而碗過橋米線黎到，起初都唔覺有問題，直至食左一部分嘅餸同米線，啲湯少左，先發現隻碗污糟到不得了，搵紙巾抹啲污漬，仲係可以抹得甩嘅。正值疫情期間，識得叫食客用安心出行，但啲碗洗完都咁污糟，裝米線嘅見到咁仲要放啲米線落去，請問有諗住令食客安心，有諗住保障食客嘅安全咩？同個阿姐反映，佢話啲碗係咁架喇，一啲歉意都無，就連唔好意思都無諗住講一句，見我地話影左相要放上網，仲即刻收走左隻碗，然後若無其事咁。講到話要成為負責任嘅企業，仲要攞唔少獎，衛生情況同員工態度實在令人無法接受，完全唔見得係有良心嘅企業。就算幾好食，都令人以後無信心再幫襯。
