To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 各位好,我估吾到我的第一篇的食評竟然被左呢間太興。。。令我一次難忘的中伏回憶。。。事原是我家人買左太興卷仲有二日到期。。。我家人一直催我去用左佢。吾好浪費。。。其實我都好耐無去太興。。。我心目中只有燒腩骨好食。。。一般我都是外賣回家。。。不過很反二日。。。又用吾完就只好自己一条友去嘆它的燒味。。。我去到店燒腩骨賣曬得反沙梨篤。算。唯有叫燒鵝脾。。。哇。。。我一看個餐牌(滿燻)燒鵝。。。我心入面都打個突呢間野吾通學人地近期週圍開分店的褀Gor燒鵝做煙燻。。。我本人好中意燒鵝唯獨是不喜歡煙燻,食完個口一陣怪味又食吾到原先的鵝香完全遮蓋原本的味道同个皮被煙燻完。我都感覺吾脆。。。難食到爆的。。。好嗱。食完隻脾。我见有卷用,咁吾好食就想叫碟其它。。。叫碟例牌义燒油雞諗住吾會出事。。。哇。。。原來呢碟先至中伏。。。一次不能磨滅的傷痛。。。碟野要70大元。。。來左的义燒又瘦又干又深淤色。。。我的半肥瘦呢?去左邊?乜义燒可以咁深色?隔左幾多日的浸左幾耐D肉實的沒彈性。死肉咁。D义燒吾係應該橙紅色有密糖在表面亮立立。。。我一見到鬼都吾會去舔啦。。。真是想爆粗。。。另一邊油雞。。。我XXX呀。。。排左二
