To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係這裏附近街坊,因為之前因為疫情很少外出食飯,因為已經好耐冇嚟食所以今晚特登入去食!今晚叫咗兩個時令推介!一個係豉汁涼瓜火腩配白飯另外一個係枝竹豆腐火腩配白飯,餐湯轉飲白肺湯!豬肚湯湯絕對夠足料夠味…..。但係啲小菜就貨不對辦豬皮多過豆腐火腩!仲有啲燒肉唔夠熱!一半豬肉是肥肉!比我喺出邊嗌兩餸飯仲差😡😡😡😡😡非常之失望!冇下次!奶茶還可以接受!已經向經理反映!但佢完全冇反應!現在啲服務態度太差到唔知道係咪啲員工想倒老闆米!

最令人反感的是服務態度。
一位個子魁梧及沒有穿職員制服的男職員 (可能是經理,名牌好像顯示姓鄭、及名字下有2個小字) ,對客人點餐時提出的問題,非常 Hea地 回答,語氣惡劣及態度不耐煩,客人表示不滿的一句,他也很不滿地回應多多多…句!
在著名連鎖食店工作的管理級員工,今時今日竟然如此招待客人,真是………!!!!!無話可說!!!
一定會把這太興下架,甚至全線太興下架。

但味到我我就覺得以前在經典啲同埋有feel啲可能係因為而家乜都講求快就忽略咗質素
晚餐今次要左青衣魚柳煲同埋粉絲蝦煲兩個煲都做得唔太差, 首先要講吓青衣魚樓布其實與的確做得幾好同埋果汁都幾好味但居然會連續食到兩次與入邊有大骨而呢一點係我咁耐以來都冇試過雖然唔知係咪巧合但基於呢一個咁surprise嘅情況之下係打咗少少折扣
至於粉絲下步就只係得大約三隻蝦,粉絲嘅份量就比較多而且偏向乾身都係唔錯嘅味道不過食到底就會有好多薑粒同埋蒜蓉就比較好難飄走如果係介意嘅朋友就可能食到尾就會停手咁就似乎有啲可惜
雖然整體都算唔錯但都係缺乏左本土嘅味道

能驅使我們到来的便是這裡的八寶燒味!
八寶燒味包括鹹蛋、燻蹄、墨魚、白切雞、紅腸、燒鵝、叉燒、及燒肉。因為怕生吞白飯會太乾所以轉作湯米!餐廳毫不吝嗇地提供白醋、芥末、辣椒油及蔥油作調味!感覺豐盛, 十分滿足!當中的燒鵝真不愧為這裡的招牌菜,燒得外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩,入味非常!
另外,最近新推出了滿燻燒鵝系列的午餐,有燒鵝絲炆米及雪菜燒鵝絲湯米。下次一定要試試!
