To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田麗豪酒店濠餐廳環球火鍋美食自助餐,可謂讓人一次過滿足兩個願望。🫰擺設簡約的冷盤區,以煙三文魚開胃,清新怡人之餘味道誠不錯。海鮮站更是眾人注目之處,長腳蟹、蟹鉗、田螺、凍蝦和青口等新鮮海產,媲美海鮮市場。我嘅最愛係長腳蟹，絕對唔係嗰啲淡茂茂無味嘅蟹乾。刺身種類雖少,但三文魚、吞拿魚和希靈魚刺身每一片都新鮮好味。👍烤味和燒味站亦所應有,尤以燒茄子和雞翼最出色。熱盤有各式炒飯炒麵滿足大眾口味😁糕餅和水果在甜點區待客,種類繁多精緻可人。八時更有驚喜菜色，為晚宴增添一記亮點。至於打邊爐方面，以土雞和湯底聞名,口感濃郁。九時有自動送上的朱古力火鍋,更是親切客道。仲有movenpick 雪糕任食，簡直完美星期一至四的自助餐,只需298元,對比各高級酒店,實在是性價比極高的選擇。
