觀塘亞太中心好多食肆,今晚試吓2樓嘅「扇火鍋」~ 我哋早去到,唔駛等位,之後過咗7:30全場滿座,而且要等位添~ 火鍋有好幾款價錢可以選擇,首先我哋揀咗壽喜燒湯底,然後再揀左每人$249嘅澳洲黑毛和牛火鍋套餐,可以任食和牛,黑豚月同牛舌,仲有好多自助火鍋配料可以自己隨便攞,飲品亦都係任飲,仲有雪糕食添~最特別嘅係首先可以燒和牛嚟食,然後先打邊爐~ 首先燒熱和牛脂肪、洋蔥同京蔥,再將和牛炙兩三秒,再加入壽喜燒甘露,再沾雞蛋食~ 咁樣嘅食法真係非常好味😋 首先係因為牛嘅肉質真係好好,牛味濃,而且好腍好滑,加埋壽喜燒甘露,味道非常香🤤 黑豚肉同牛舌亦都非常好味👍🏻 我哋兩個人每樣野都encore左幾次😝因為真係好好味,所以食唔停口🤤 食到最後,我哋先捨得加日式清湯同壽喜燒甘露來做火鍋😝 可以加唔同嘅配料同菜,味道亦係非常好👍🏻又可以食燒肉,又可以食火鍋,一次過滿足晒兩個願望,真係非常滿足☺️ 一定會再去食!
