🥘壽喜燒 (安格斯肉眼2片) 配白飯
食飽壽司之後就到主角壽喜燒出場啦,大廚會係席前烹調壽喜燒,先用牛脂肪起鍋,聞到好香既牛肉味,會先詢問食客想要既生熟程度,我就揀左七成熟,另外會有蛋黃同醬油做汁可以蘸埋一齊食,值得一提既係佢地既蛋黃係預先醃製兩小時,而醬汁都係用牛肉煮成,安格斯肉眼脂肪分佈平均,牛肉味香濃,配白飯一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

食飽牛肉之後仲有配料,分別係豆腐、菜、粉絲同菇,好欣賞佢地個壽喜燒汁唔會好甜,粉絲吸收哂個汁既精華,特別好食😋

接近尾聲嗰陣店員為我地送上一杯熱既鶴之茶,可以清清口腔內既味道同解膩,非常貼心

🍨甜品
雪糕口味有薑、杏仁咖啡、提子冧酒同士多啤梨四個口味,我就揀左杏仁咖啡,好香咖啡味之餘仲有杏仁粒增加口感😚😚
