最近想大食生蠔所以先揀buffet, 見呢度口碑唔錯所以試一試。呢日口淡淡, 冇謂一開波即chur, 所以揀左食沙律開開胃先。沙律有beetroot同切好既西柚, 個人覺得幾有heart.好啦, 到左主角生蠔啦。見到counter有3款介紹, 呢晚食得出有些少分別既就有兩款。好似係黎自美國同澳洲。不過呢d月份(10月)就梗係歐洲產既生蠔最好味啦, 因為生蠔造季節係冬季,佢地要儲肥過冬, 所以肉質亦會變得特別肥美及清甜。咁位於南半球既澳洲出品就好明顯唔係seasons啦。口感唔會rich。另外有一個概念就係即開生蠔唔等於新鮮, 因為各大食肆都係訂飛機貨, 一般都要12-24小時才到著。如果生蠔裙邊會郁既先代表新鮮。所以我對呢度生蠔既要求只係任食咋。每人一次過最多攞4隻, 次數唔限, 呢晚我都食左3轉先滿足到。反而長腳蟹就有d驚喜。之前去過洲際都有長腳蟹供應, 但佢地雪得過勁, 食落好似食雪咁, 咩鮮味都冇晒。至於呢度既處理幾好, 點醋提味可減dd咸味, 好味好多。刺身都係大路野, 唯一帶子幾ok。熟食最受歡迎當然係和牛, 鵝肝同龍蝦啦。Mr. steak 貴為最大牛肉入口商之一, 將和牛

甜品方面, 佢地有即整既心太軟,(仲可以寫tailor made字句), 仲有哄到大小朋友都開心既棉花糖, 又有haagen-dazs, 做生意做到咁算係幾有heart.
