一班廿幾年老友,定期有生日飯局,周圍去食野,價錢有平有貴啦,今次有人提議試下天一閣,咁就出發,個人認為現場環境都算優雅,一個幽靜環境對於呢類私房菜飯局好緊要,所以加左分先,到正式上菜,真係道道菜都有特色,經理每上一道菜都講個大約烹調過程,食材用料等等比我地聽,真係每個菜都有個故事,而十多道菜之中,我最欣賞首推花雕蟹,陳年花雕甘香夾個蟹的鮮味係一絕,跟住個自制煙薰腊肉又係無得頂,肥瘦適中口感一流,個西關叉燒又係,重有個叫葵花斬肉,係用雞湯伴住肉丸,入口溶化,唔親自試過真係好難講得出個感覺,其他如海鹽焗雞,日本清酒浸蜆,蝦子蝦油拌麵等都好好食,不得不提就係佢地有個飯後中式甜酒,叫黑糖紅棗花雕飲,好鬼頂癮,有機會大家去試下啦,整體黎講我非常滿意,食得出廚師份心機同誠意,確實係難得的私房粵菜!
