鮮花椒蒸龍躉柳
一向喜愛魚類, 家中常以果皮烹製, 在明閣他們驚喜地選用了鮮花椒, 上菜時已香氣撲鼻, 一嚐後, 發現魚汁香而不辣, 魚脂豐富, 肉嫩細滑. 跟家裡蒸魚的確有著很遠的距離.

油雞縱菌黑豚肉脆米炒飯
點這炒飯的其中一個原因, 當然就是好奇什麼是油雞樅菌, 上網查了一下, 才發現雞樅菌為菌中之王,因其內部纖維結構、色澤、鮮香味似雞肉,故得名雞樅菌。炒飯內有脆米, 令炒飯口感層次分明, 加上菌香, 已決定下次再點.

合桃露
最後點了補腦養顏的合桃露滋潤一下. 合桃味十分濃郁, 份量剛好,不會過甜,飯後食不太膩,喜歡喜歡.

總括來說, 中式材料製作Cocktail, 配上米芝蓮級數中菜,與傳統中菜比起十分有趣味。菜式方面由頭盤到甜品都十分有水準, 一點都不油膩感覺健康.
當晚之服務亦令人十分滿意, 每道菜上菜時亦有講解. Overall 個人覺得灣仔明閣屬米芝蓮級數.
