To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老實說，有咩係開心得過weekend去食譚仔。今次兩個人去，分別嗌咗一換雞肉米線5小辣同雞肉米線三哥酸辣，外加一杯凍奶茶同一碟皮蛋。其實食咗十幾年譚仔，味道基本上次次去食都維持到水準，如果你話要分別譚仔同譚仔三哥，我就覺得係面質嘅分別，譚仔會偏林啲，所以我個人會喜歡譚仔三哥有口感多啲。不過食得譚仔，其實都係食返佢個種情懷，由細個初中食到依家，由20蚊碗食到三十幾蚊，其實最重要係係食返以前嘅回憶。好希望將來嘅日子都能繼續食到呢種味，呢份情。
