相信大家對三聖邨呢個咁出名食海鮮嘅地方都唔陌生 今日新年我同朋友兩個人過左黎三聖邨叫咗兩碟海鮮 再每人加一碗白飯 就當慶祝左新年 分別叫咗美極豉油整嘅大頭蝦🦐同埋豉椒炒蜆大頭蝦之所以叫大頭蝦 顧名思義就係因為佢個頭好大 其實大頭蝦唔係海鮮而係河鮮 棠記海鮮小廚將大頭蝦嘅味道提升至極致 用蒜頭 油 洋蔥同蔥爆到啲蝦勁入味 勁爽口 而且每一隻蝦嘅頭同身都係充滿住膏 最誇張嘅係個蝦頭大到撐爆咗成個口 真係冇誇張手法豉椒炒蜆又係一道非常餸飯嘅菜式 將三色椒 豆豉 洋蔥 黑椒炒埋一齊再開芡 同倒埋啲蜆去炒 蜆嘅殼一打開就索索哂啲汁入去 餐廳非常值得讚嘅一點係食左成碟蜆肉 真係一粒沙都冇食到 冇得彈
