冇諗過係韓國街的一眾韓國菜之中,竟然隱藏了一間專食串燒嘅居酒屋。門面十足日本風格,這種低調的小店總是讓人覺的很舒服,也很期待會有甚麼驚喜。有開放式吧台位可以望住師傅整野食,一入去就聞到串燒的香味,未點菜先興奮。 睇起Menu就一張紙,但揀落選擇都幾多,記得睇埋黑版上面D限定菜式。花多眼亂於是叫服務員介紹,超級Nice而且介紹得好詳盡!先上個店員推介嘅龍躉串,好厚肉而且肉質比想像中更柔軟,冇諗過魚同孜然味都幾夾,鮮味又香口。 鐘意食牛舌所以每次食串燒都點,但都因為咁中過幾次伏。呢度竟然俾到驚喜感我,牛舌完全唔乾身,彈牙得黎食到濃濃嘅牛舌香味,一串唔夠喉到埋單前仲要點多串回味!安格斯牛排店員建議3成熟最好味,但朋友怕太生點左5成熟,依然係好靚嘅粉紅色。牛排多汁而且肉味好濃,旁邊嘅辣油算係錦上添花。 蒿荀雞翼拆骨再釀蒿荀,算係心機菜。脆脆的雞皮、嫩滑的雞肉加埋爽脆嘅蒿荀,口感好豐富,推薦!日本產地特有品種的生蠔,大大隻好肥味,而且夠哂鮮甜。個人覺得貴左少少但值得一試!燒菠蘿擺盤好精緻,不過重點都係味道,好多汁好清甜,食完肉食件菠蘿好清新。芝士年糕燒到外脆內軟,好好味!!(但就細舊左少少)茄子

茄子已經去皮去籽,所以食落好軟滑,可能食得多大陸重口味燒茄子,呢個味道比想像中更清淡,我好鐘意上面嘅木魚絲。

串燒有樣好,每樣少少可以試到唔同食材,今晚食左好多野。呢度嘅師傅烹調水準好高,每樣野火喉都剛剛好,加上簡單調味已經好食,絕對可以再encore,淨係為左個牛舌都要黎啦!
