飯後最重要係咩,當然係甜品喇,今日黎左依到食紫晴湯圓咩係紫晴湯圓呢,就係依個紫米外皮依有奶皇餡既湯圓,食湯圓當然要試佢個薑水,做得好好,真係夠薑,夠哂薑味,而唔會話好辣有番少少甜味係到,飲得薑就當然會有,如果天氣凍黎依到飲番個薑水,真係一流,紫晴湯圓好似比普通個D細少少,不過湯丸個皮就做得好好,夠哂煙韌又有特別既紫米香,而裹面個奶黃真係正,又濃夠哂軟滑,會有食上引既感覺。食完熱當然要食番D凍既,之後就叫左依個豆腐雪花,係咩黎呢,就是依個腐竹糖水同豆腐花仲有依個豆腐雪糕依個反而係驚喜,三樣好配合,天生一對,豆腐花,夠哂滑,加埋腐竹糖水,幫個豆腐花加埋少少甜味,加埋軟滑嘅雪糕, 一流既配合,食完熱再食凍咁樣食,真係正。
