To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早起身見肚仔餓,快快手手拖埋爺爺落淘大搵食,難得爺爺開金口,要吃大快活的滑蛋,小妹當然唯命是從。滑蛋雞扒配多士,多士只是暖身,但勝在夠厚;小妹先將多士的外層全部吃掉,然後將滑蛋放到包心上,變成蛋治,大口大口的吃掉,小妹認為這種食法,既能吃到多士脆脆的外層,又能同時享受軟軟的包心和炒蛋,比起將蛋和多士分開吃更加美味。主角滑蛋真的不錯!蛋香很重,炒得嫩滑又不乾身,值得推介。至於雞扒,不過不失吧,只是油太多,小妹不是太習慣。爺爺要的滑蛋牛扒,牛扒甚薄,看上去不太吸引。P.S. 本來小妹還加了一個雪菜米, 誰料到樓下買了報紙後,竟發現爺爺已經把整碗米粉幹掉!!
