To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過旺角見到一間白咖哩公司，呢間公司嘅名字前面有沙爹王三個字，究竟係唔係同沙爹王同一間機構呢，今日就走入去試下。我地叫左白咖喱香茅豬扒，可以揀要飯或椰菜花粒粒，我地就揀左椰菜花粒粒，因為健康啲，仲可以配埋春卷和可樂。另一個就叫蔥油燒雞扒煎荷包蛋飯，配烤餅兩件和可樂。白咖喱香茅豬扒嘅味道比沙爹王淡啲，雖然喺淡啲，但係味道都好好食，冇咁濃感覺健康啲，再加上唔喺食飯，喺食椰菜花菜底，有菜會健康啲。我鍾意食春卷，因為夠脆，味道好。烤餅反而唔及沙爹王。蔥油燒雞扒煎得夠香，再加上蔥油，都好好食。
