作為「土生土長」既新界人就算知道港島呢一邊好西林立都甚少過海黎呢到食但係朋友極力推薦呢間小店就黎試下點知真係好到估唔到==============================位於清風街既呢間鋪唔係港島大既真係比較難搵到好彩都離天后港鐵站好近,5分鐘就行到見到有我至愛既龍蝦就二話不說點左個二人餐A好好味既菠蘿汁芒果牛油果沙律+餐湯先黎大大碗沙律唔係講笑,真係好大碗對比返隔離果個普通飯碗足足有4-5倍大以呢個份量其他餐廳我相信已經係4人份量但唔好以為量多就質唔掂沙律菜夠新鮮,咬落去索索聲畫龍點晴既係佢放左芒果入去令到碗沙律雖然冇落黑醋之類既野都可以好夠味,令人唔會食到厭餐湯就略嫌普通如果係味增湯就更佳始終都係日本餐廳,會expect更日式既風味多D特色炸拼盤(雞軟骨碎、單骨雞翼、天婦羅蝦)食咁耐炸野,真係未見過會用炸籃黎上菜既,幾有特色,我鍾意雞軟骨粒粒都好鬆脆,而且份量夠多然後係我覺得最好食既單骨雞翼因為佢剪開左做單骨,令到炸既時間縮短左雞翼入面亦都因為表面面積增加而易熟左唔會出現炸到外面燶晒入面都未熟透既情況更令客人可以容易D進食,可以話係一舉多得天婦羅蝦夠大隻炸完都保持到蝦本身既

芒果牛油果沙律+餐湯
先黎大大碗沙律
唔係講笑,真係好大碗
對比返隔離果個普通飯碗足足有4-5倍大
以呢個份量其他餐廳我相信已經係4人份量
但唔好以為量多就質唔掂
沙律菜夠新鮮,咬落去索索聲
畫龍點晴既係佢放左芒果入去
令到碗沙律雖然冇落黑醋之類既野
都可以好夠味,令人唔會食到厭
餐湯就略嫌普通
如果係味增湯就更佳
始終都係日本餐廳,會expect更日式既風味多D

特色炸拼盤(雞軟骨碎、單骨雞翼、天婦羅蝦)
食咁耐炸野,真係未見過會用炸籃黎上菜既,幾有特色,我鍾意

雞軟骨粒粒都好鬆脆,而且份量夠多

然後係我覺得最好食既單骨雞翼
因為佢剪開左做單骨,令到炸既時間縮短左
雞翼入面亦都因為表面面積增加而易熟左
唔會出現炸到外面燶晒入面都未熟透既情況
更令客人可以容易D進食,可以話係一舉多得

天婦羅蝦夠大隻
炸完都保持到蝦本身既爽口彈牙
亦唔會變到太熟而老左
火候岩岩好

金菇牛肉卷
原本就覺得只係不過不失
始終金菇牛肉卷只要料正常既話都唔會難食,但都好難話整得特別好食
但係呢個時候不得不介紹以下呢一樣野

孜然粉!
孜然粉可以話係所有肉類既好朋友
因為可以將肉既香味逼出黎
令本身不過不失既金菇牛肉卷連升幾呢
但係餐廳都比較少見會作為調味料放係台上比客人自己加
即使係食燒物既店多數都只會係廚師加埋然後上台
依家可以自己任意加,岩晒我呢D鍾意食濃味野既人

(P.S. 但係都提醒返大家唔可以加太多
因為孜然粉本身好重味
加太多會影響到牛本身既風味)

鹽燒荀殼皇
好老實講,我就唔食魚既,呢到既份量分分鐘係我一年內食魚既總和
但係佢既燒魚令到連我都食到停唔到口
燒魚好難控制到火候,但佢做到燒到入面仲嫩身
如果同我一樣怕魚腥味既
只要點埋隔離個汁,咁就去除丁魚腥味之餘仲保留到魚既風味

佢真係不負大龍蝦之名,因為真係好大隻
原本以為只係就咁燒完就上
點知原來上面仲有芝士,蟹子,竟然仲有海膽
岩晒鍾意食海鮮既朋友
龍蝦啖啖肉,爽口又彈牙,龍蝦味又香
加埋燒過既焦香,風味更上一層樓

野菜湯烏冬
食到呢到,其實都已經幾飽,因為其實呢個二人餐份量都幾多下
我估應該3-4個人食都夠

甜品其實除左有雪米糍之外仲有日式燒丸子
但係因為實在太飽怕食唔晒丸子
所以只叫左雪米糍
但其實我好鍾意食日式丸子
所以下次一定要留肚再食丸子!
Other Info. : 二人餐份量非常足.其實3-4個人都夠食
