To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一講起金華, 第一樣諗到既一定係佢既菠蘿油!! 個人尼講金華既其他野食都係一般般, 環境同服務亦都冇太大期待~ 唯一令我不斷幫襯既原因就係菠蘿油! 食過唔少旺角茶記/冰室既菠蘿包, 但始終都唔及金華咁好味~ 金華既菠蘿包一出爐真係香味十足, 面包又夠軟, 酥皮夠香脆同岩岩好既甜度, 熱辣辣既配埋冰凍既牛油, 真係最佳既享受!!!去得尼種舊式既茶記, 都當然要叫一杯奶茶襯番個菠蘿油既~ 平時多數都飲凍奶茶, 最怕就係會勁甜~ 金華既凍奶茶甜度岩岩好, 茶味亦都好足夠~
