早排返左大陸玩左兩日潮汕美食鴨仔團,對當中嘅潮州滷水併盤念念不忘。就係同團友人介紹之下一行五人黎到陳儀興再食多次潮州菜。估唔到呢度店面細細,但座無虛席好彩友人一早過黎攞位先唔使等咁耐。一坐低即刻點左個三點蟹先,因為係旅行團有機會食的但礙於內地嘅生蟹安全所以無食到。但返到黎香港係呢度當然放心大吃特吃啦。呢個三點蟹醃鮮真係無得頂,鹹甜有致當中蒜頭、辣椒與香料味均勻,一口吸吮軟腍的蟹肉,嗰種醃漬鮮味着實令人難以忘懷,其間仲隱隱散發出酒香令蟹肉嘅味道層次更深厚。而且唔會死咸,空口食完都唔覺口渴。螄蚶的鮮甜又係另一種享受,因為醃漬螄蚶嘅醬汁偏淡口,所以將肥美螄蚶肉連血水一併吃下,那種鮮甜可算話敢試嘅朋友一定會愛上。加上特別開殼夾,輕輕一啪就將蚶肉取出,一粒接一粒送入口十分過癮。之後就係打冷必點之一,酥炸蠔餅。雖則經過油炸但無乜油羶味,係酥脆粉漿包裹下蠔仔肉仲保持濕潤。同埋調好左味食落唔有蠔仔腥味,輕輕點一點魚露提鮮,香口又好食。滷水鵝,單睇外觀上晒色就知道滷左夠耐。入口鵝肉腍身中帶點咬口,又夠入味當中嘅鵝油、鵝汁與滷水融為一體色香味俱全。因為知道呢度嘅滷水夠正,所以再追加埋個鵝肝。經過低溫及長時

多得團友建議黎到呢度,如果唔係都食唔到咁正宗味道又價廉物美嘅潮州菜,下次要食都可以唔使再跟團返大陸了,近近埋搭個地鐵就過到黎夠晒就腳方便。 下次要黎補一補了。
