Introduction

呢期思鄉情重,所以都係特別想食潮州菜,今晚過嚟食吓呢個潮州菜嘅老字號。呢度確實係比較傳統,個環境好似大排檔咁,啲職員都唔會特別親切友善,仲有啲惡添。但係好在啲食物都真係幾好食。坐低點少得食個滷水鵝片,鵝片都幾大塊,份量都唔錯㗎,不過個滷水汁都幾鹹,所以叫埋碗白粥一齊食就very good。另外我哋叫咗個韭菜豬紅,一上嚟個份量都係嚇死人。嚿嚿豬紅都勁大嚿,完全鋪滿咗個碗,啲豬紅都好夠鹹,不過如果可以再多少少辣味咁就完美。個底都有好多韭菜嘅,呢碗韭菜豬紅真係大件夾抵食。另外叫咗個椒鹽鱔片,第一次咁樣食鱔片,佢切到細細舊冇乜骨係唔錯㗎。啲炸粉都唔會太厚,但係如果椒鹽可以多小小,味道再濃啲咁就好啦。跟住仲叫咗個鐵板通菜,普通菜就好夠鹹都好夠味,鐵板上,吱吱都幾有特色㗎。甜品方面,叫咗個脆皮落湯錢,不過呢一個甜品真係要趁熱食,如果叫嘅話一定要食飽晒先好叫或者記得要叫職員後上。如果唔係就食唔到佢軟軟糯糯嘅口感只係硬掘掘嘅一舊粉團。

講到潮州菜應該都冇人唔識<陳儀興>,呢間可以屹立超過半世紀既潮州菜館,出品一定有保證🦆滷水鵝片每次去打冷一定會叫,鵝片滷得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,最重要係滷得夠入味🐟椒鹽鱔球鱔球炸得金黃香脆,口感彈牙,椒鹽調味恰到好處,鹹香惹味,送酒一流🦐美極蝦蝦肉爽口彈牙,鹹香惹味既醬汁之中仲食到金不換既香味,好適合送飯🫓脆皮落湯錢將湯丸煎到外層脆卜卜,裡面仲保持到煙韌之餘仲食到糯米既米香味,點埋帶甜味既黃豆粉更加有風味,唯一缺點就係好飽肚~

去開陳興興打邊爐、得悉佢地附近有間係食潮州打冷,開左60年老店,所以黎開新蒲崗就試下佢。平日夜晚都大排長龍, 果然係人氣食店,等左半個鐘左右可以食啦👍🏻滷水拼盤 拼盤有齊多種滷味,生腸,豬腸,墨魚片,豬耳,紅腸,豆腐..…材料超豐富。每一款滷水都非常入味,特別係滷蛋同豆腐,吸收左滷汁精華,口感滑嫩。椒鹽鱔球 鱔球外酥內嫩,椒鹽既調味恰到好處,帶有微微既辛辣,讓人胃口大開。搭配炸蒜粒同香菜增添香氣,令人回味無窮。古法砵仔魚腸 呢道菜唔係好多地方有得食,係用一碗砵仔煲端上來,蛋面焗得好脆,入口好香蛋味,魚腸肥美甘香,非常出色,帶有古法經典滋味。美極鴨舌 鴨舌的肉質鮮嫩,美極醬調味讓整體味道更上一層樓,令人食唔停口。蠔仔肉碎浸時蔬點都要食個菜,叫左個清淡少少既上湯浸生菜,配合蠔仔同肉碎好鮮味,大大碟, 岩哂去膩。
