To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

至親將要遠赴海外留學，臨行前本公子請她一嘗她至愛的元氣壽司。今天適逢是星期日，但人流未算擠湧，等了十分鐘便取得位了！來到元朗廣場三樓剛坐低，我們便急不及待地從迥轉 bar抬拎取碟上食物，再加落柯打！其中有幾款做得不錯，可以推介給大家試下炙燒辛辣三文魚腩 9元件燒三文魚16元2件我們每樣叫幾件所以用拼盆上；首先賣相不俗、色澤金黃，未食已令食指大動！灸燒辛辣三文魚腩寿司賣9蚊幾低食，一口咬落魚腩肉汁鮮美，而且唔太辣；燒三文魚壽司也同樣魚味甘香、飯味甘香！燒牛肋骨 9元件話牛肋骨，其實都無乜骨，但要慢慢嘴嚼，食入口牛肉味十足，亦幾多汁 juicy，口感唔錯！炸軟殼蟹 38元軟殼蟹多肉多汁鮮，份量亦唔少，蟹炸得恰好，咬落啖啖肉，怕食蟹拆肉既朋友都會鍾意食，一上枱就比我地掃清光，好吃！日本芝士蛋糕 16元最後必吃既係日本芝士蛋糕，一口咬落冰凍可口，芝士嘅香、旦糕既滑，配搭得天衣無縫，又唔會甜溜溜，確係回味無窮！常言道：短歌終，盛筵散；今天的暫別，是為明天的重逢！而更值得我們回味的，除了美味的芝士疍糕外，還有那份真摯的情義！
