To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概一年前睇了YouTube 介紹，食過一次晚飯，點了幾個推介食品，芝麻雞、蝦多士、爵士湯 … 當時覺得冇甚特別，價錢不便宜，但是全院滿坐，我們訂了枱也要等超過半小時。今次因為親友見到電視節目推介，於是又相約去了一次。兩星期前訂枱，準時到，上二樓，牆壁上貼了某某YouTuber的好評。枱上預先放了一個熱水壼，方便客人洗碗筷，但傾倒出來的「開水」只是微暖，好可能是昨晚的水未換掉。點了六個菜，以下四個WhatsApp 預訂，注意：上菜都是涼的😑芝麻雞拼燒雞 - 芝麻雞勉強算合格，燒雞皮不脆，二三線酒樓貨式蝦多士 - um 🤔️ … 優點是夠大椒鹽脆鱔球 - 鱔是新鮮，但太咸菠蘿咕嚕肉 - 適合怕肥肉人士😅 全瘦肉，我冇牙所以食到成枱渣🤣好多菠蘿但冇鮮味現場叫了兩個小菜，好奇怪會不夠熱：小炒王 - 冇鑊氣，濕淋淋，failed牛柳粒 - 有一半是薯仔，混了一些不知名淡黃色醬料 （變種千𡷊醬🤔️)，幾乎分不出挾起的是牛or 土豆🤨差不多吃完，有個大媽過本喊：「你地仲有5分鐘！」原來訂枱時說明用餐時間 1小時 45分鐘；親友問兩小時可以嗎，對方寸步不讓。 That’s fine, rules is

現場叫了兩個小菜，好奇怪會不夠熱：
