To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早上來到餐廳，已經見到有兩枱人投訴漏單，追極也未有受理，只推說廚師是第一日新來，不熟悉流程blah blah blah.叫了香腸午餐肉公仔麵和豬扒麵，炒蛋同埋多士，午餐肉比以前少，得兩小塊，同以前三大塊厚切好大分別，豬扒麵嘅湯完全無味，如水一般，炒旦凍冰冰。奶茶漏單，三催四請先送來。最好笑嘅連埋單都要等5至7分鐘，樓面得一個人，忙着打外賣單，其他侍應就縮咗去後邊，企響度只是入手叫人入去，自助收銀機又壞咗。全餐廳一片混亂
