Finally finally finally I tried this restaurant where I always see my friends posting large sheets of udon on instagram, which made me have a strong crave to try! I came here at 6:30 on Friday night and I was the 3rd 2-ppl table to wait, and a few minutes later there were already a few groups behind me. 冷汁天婦羅沾白布烏冬
On their menu, udons are served in soup or dip version; in hot and cold. I had ordered their signature dip udon in hot soup. The udon sheets are thick, silky and with a chewy texture ! It is perfect for me, besides it is quite difficult to handle with chop sticks!
在餐牌內烏冬可以選擇沾麵形式還是湯形式，又有熱和凍的選擇. 我自己選舉了熱沾白布烏冬. 白布烏冬十分厚身, 十分之滑和彈牙. 對於我來說是十分好食, 但要用筷子夾起上身有很大的難度.

Even tho the title said tempura is served with cold sauce (I bet is the normal tempura sauce), however the staff said the tempura should be dipped with the same soup served with udon. The tempura is small in portion, wish it could add a few pieces of veggie.
雖然說是冷汁天婦羅, 但卻沒有平日天婦羅的冷汁, 問了職員後他們說是沾同樣的烏冬湯底. 天婦羅的份量較少, 希望可以加多一點點蔬菜會較好.
