灣仔上班族都知道位於大王東街的「大發粉麵茶餐廳」日間是平平無奇的茶餐廳,但一到黃昏後會搖身一變成為一間潮州打冷店。提供基本早餐、午餐、茶餐等。茶餐廳格局小菜價約$6-70 左右,而潮式食物則較一般打冷店親民。客人以熟客較多,打個招呼就點菜,非常街坊feel。人地一班人打冷,我就一條冷開餐,一條冷吃碟頭飯是常識吧。粟米斑塊飯 $56 一貫碟頭賣相,但當睇真啲就見正點,色澤金黃粟米蓉襯厚肉斑片,魚塊結實有咬口,最重要足丁點雪味都冇,外皮保留微微脆囗,非一般的碟頭飯,好吃。羌西皮蛋豆腐肉片湯 $48中國人的飲食智慧是已烹調的方法養生。而羌茜皮蛋湯則有清氣降火之用。用料足、油份小,味道淸滲出淡淡羌西香,入口順喉,粉量足夠三人用,我一條冷已盡力喝上一半。
